This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid Services purchased through www.freelanpreneur.in, operated by Affluent Coaching under the trade name Freelanpreneur.
1. Refund window
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the eligibility criteria in Section 2 are met. The 7-day window is calculated from the time the payment is processed and confirmed.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must be true:
- The refund request is submitted in writing to support@freelanpreneur.in within the 7-day refund window.
- You have not consumed more than 25% of the programme content (measured by modules accessed, calls attended, or lessons completed).
- You have not downloaded, copied, or distributed templates, frameworks, or other proprietary materials beyond what is necessary for personal review.
- You provide a brief reason for the refund request (used internally to improve the programme — your feedback is valued).
3. What is not eligible for refund
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window has expired.
- Purchases where the participant has consumed more than 25% of the programme content.
- Free trainings, free resources, or any product or content offered at no cost.
- Add-on services, 1:1 calls, or bonus consultations once they have been delivered.
- Cases of policy violation, including unauthorised distribution of programme materials, abusive conduct, or breach of the Terms & Conditions.
- Payment gateway fees, processing charges, or applicable taxes (where these are non-recoverable from the gateway).
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@freelanpreneur.in with the subject line "Refund request — [your full name]".
- Include: the email address used at the time of purchase, the date of purchase, the order or transaction ID, and a brief reason for the request.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm whether the request meets the eligibility criteria.
5. Refund processing timeline
Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund typically reflects in your account within:
- 5 to 7 business days for domestic payments (within India).
- 10 to 15 business days for international payments.
We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or the payment gateway. If your refund has not arrived within the timelines above, please contact your bank first; if the issue persists, write to us.
6. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your enrolment without requesting a refund (for example, after the refund window), you may do so at any time. Cancellation will stop future payments under any active payment plan and revoke access to programme materials and community spaces. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid except as covered by Section 1.
7. Payment plans & missed payments
If you are on a payment plan and a scheduled instalment is not paid on the due date, your access to the Services may be suspended until the payment is cleared. Repeated missed payments may result in cancellation of enrolment without refund. We will always attempt to contact you before suspending access.
8. Chargebacks
We strongly request that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback through your card issuer or payment gateway. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of access and forfeiture of refund eligibility.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
